my ever expanding ass
It is official. I am so grossly out of shape my cat who sleeps 20 hours a day and moves for nothing other than food can kick my ass. I started back up at the gym today after not going for more than a year now. I used to be able to pound out an hour at least on a BAD day easily with NO problem. Today i struggled with a mere thirty minutes. The first thing I did when I came home was I set up a plan on the fridge of what my goals (time wise) for the next month would be. First 2 weeks being a set amount. Week number three increasing the number by half. Week number four will be a double of the original number. I really need to do something and I'm the only one who can do it. It may seem pretty clear from the outside but me being the ever procrastinator has put it off over and over again. Now I have nowhere to put it all off to. I'm tired of being tired all of the time. I'm sure all the extra weight I'm carrying around has something to do with it but no matter what, no doctor will take me seriously about anything until I start making some changes. So here it is. All or nothing. I HAVE to get off my ass and I don't mean 40 hours a week in retail is going to count anymore. So one day at a time. Today down. Tomorrow to go.

That phrase "ever-expanding ass" is all over the blogosphere, I guess because it happens to most of us. Every guy in the world wants to look at and play with our asses even so! You know what I mean. I think the best thing is to use our plump butts to control our men, that's what I do!

I Think you and I are cut from the same cloth.
ReplyDeleteI love pink, I love purses and shoes,I'm all about things that sparkle and prefer to wear dresses. And here is the big one.... I'm a former procrastinator. I finally stopped putting off things. And you know what?! It's amazing how much happier I am. If you just get up and do it , you'll feel better. It's true, those mood swings and tiredness are all a by product of procrastination.
